Practical decision points
Use this guide to prepare a better bottle washer enquiry and avoid comparing machines on headline output alone. The right route depends on the container, cleaning task, production target and wider line layout.
- Bottle photos or drawings, including neck finish and base shape.
- Bottle height, body diameter, neck opening, material and weight.
- Current bottle condition: new, dusty, returned, labelled, wet, oily or contaminated.
- Required process: internal rinse, external wash, full wash, drying, label removal or combined route.
- Target bottles per hour and planned production pattern.
- Available power, compressed air, water, drainage and footprint.
- Existing machinery before and after the washer.
Tip: send bottle photos or samples early. Small differences in bottle height, neck opening, base stability and contamination level can change the correct machine route.
